At Aesthetic Bodies, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange a product, please follow the guidelines outlined below. Our goal is to make the process straightforward and hassle-free.

 Returns & Exchanges of any product priced below ₹500 will incur a ₹50 charge. 

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted if initiated within 10 days of receiving the product.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Products purchased on sale or during promotional offers can only be exchanged for a different size or color.
  • Items bought under "Buy 1 Get 1" promotions are not returnable. Only size exchanges are permitted for these items.

  2. Product Condition: Ensure that the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Returns not meeting these criteria may not be accepted.
  3. Exchange Limit: Each order is eligible for only one exchange. Please review your requirements thoroughly before requesting an exchange.

Shipping and Handling

  • For the first return or exchange, Aesthetic Bodies offers free pick-up and delivery .For the products price  below ₹500 will incur a ₹50 charge may incur a fee

Refunds and Store Credit

  • Defective or Damaged Products: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 24 hours of the product reaching our warehouse in its original condition. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Non-Defective Products: A store credit equal to the product's value will be provided, redeemable on future purchases.
